Hi all

As part of our club's commitment in developing cricket talent from the community and to ensure our club continues to flourish we would like to encourage you to consider supporting our club coaches and help with our Juniors. NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY for you to help! We need help on Friday evenings and also for Junior matches. Initially you would assist one of our coaches on Friday evenings. On match days you can help with logistics including making sure all the players get to a game on time and are prepared to play. Help with refreshments would also be great.

If you would like to make the challenge of helping the Junior Development Squad a little more serious we can offer you the necessary training courses to bring you up to scratch with welfare and basic coaching skills. For the more experienced there are also coaches courses available. We have funding for this specific purpose so there is no financial commitment required from you.

There may be many reasons why this could appeal to you, whatever your age or sex. You may want to:
• enhance your CV to help further your career
• develop new skills
• give something back to the game
• share your knowledge
• or simply play an active part in the community.
