With the cricket season approaching very quickly (I'm listening to Essex at Hampshire as I'm typing this!!), I'd like to let you know of some key events coming up:
Saturday 6th April from 3pm
Pre-Season Mini Golf
Join us at Golf World Stansted, Hall Road, Elsenham CM22 6FL
Adults £8, Children £6
Followed by drinks and curry for those that want to continue after.

Friday 12th April from 6.30pm
Junior Registration Evening
Sign-up for both existing and new Junior members. All children welcome, boys and girls from 5 years old.
£55 per child for the season (includes social membership for all your family).
We will also have junior coaching and match shirts for sale. Coaching shirts £10. Match shirts £15.
Saturday 13th April from 10am
Spring Work Party
We will be preparing the ground and pavilion for the new season. Please come along and help. There will be something to do for everyone.
No equipment is necessary, but if you have a strimmer, mower, weed-killer spray (and weed-killer), vacuum cleaner and any other cleaning equipment it will be helpful.
Depending on numbers there may be a seniors inter-club game or net after the work is done.

1st XI v. Takeley CC
Our season kicks off against our local rivals in a pre-season friendly.
Friday 26th April from 6.30pm
First Junior Coaching Session
Matching Minis from 6pm until 7.15pm.
Matching Development squad starts at 6.30pm until 8pm.
If you are unsure which group your child will be in please go to the same as last year to start with. All new members should start at 6pm.
Please remember we encourage parents to join in with the younger group. Our usual facilities will be available to all members as usual!

1st XI v. Worlington CC away in the The Cricketer National Village Cup 1st round
Our competitive season starts with a tough fixture in Suffolk in the The Cricketer Village Cup. Why not pop along and support the boys. It's just a 49 mile drive. Postcode to the ground is IP28 8RU.

Our Tees Herts & Essex Cricket League campaign kicks-off
Sunday 5th May start 9.30am
u15s v High Roding at home in the u15 Cup
Our u15s kick-off with a cup match (TO BE CONFIRMED)
Monday 6th May from 11am
May Day Festival at The Fox Inn Matching Tye
We'll be running our usual BBQ to raise valuable funds for the club. Please come along and help!!
We need help putting our stand up, serving burgers and hot dogs and tidying up at the end of the day.
