‘Meet & Greet’ with England Test cricketer Owais Shah this Friday 21st August at Matching Green

As many of you are aware, our under-16 squad are currently having extra coaching every Thursday from ex-England international (Essex & Middlesex) cricketer Owais Shah.

Owais has now very kindly offered to come along to The Green to meet everyone else in the club. He’ll be on The Green this Friday 21st August from 6pm. He’s going to help coach the younger juniors from 6.30pm and then be available for autographs, selfies and a chat with everyone.

Owais has played cricket all over the world including the IPL in India and the Big Bash in Australia.

He has scored over 16,000 first class runs averaging close on 42.

More recently he was the interim coach for the UAE National team.
