HEBL have introduced neutral umpires in Premier league games for the 2022 season.

There is a current shortage of cricket officials in Essex and Herts. To help with this, HEBL Chairman, David Brown has arranged a Stage 1 Umpires Course starting 14 February at Bishop's Stortford Golf Club.
