Thanks in part to a Small Grant from Jack Petchey Foundation we took delivery today of a new batting cage. The cage is portable and can be wheeled out on to the square for practice on a grass wicket. It will be a great help during Junior coaching sessions on Friday evenings and is further evidence of the commitment the club is putting towards the development of Junior cricket talent in the area. This season three of the Junior squad have cemented places in our Saturday League second team.
